We believe care is more than just doing a task for someone else. We develop a custom care plan for your loved one that includes physical safety and wellbeing, emotional health, and socialization. Our goal is to help our clients have the best quality of life while maintaining their independence.

We take great care in recruiting, training and supervising our staff, before any offer of employment is made an Enhanced DBS Disclosure is obtained and Induction training followed. We recognise that for most of our clients the most important people in our organisation are the care and support workers with whom they have regular contact. This is why we involve our clients and customers feedback in the training and the on-going appraisal of our care and support staff. We aim to recruit staff with the same values and interests of the people they are supporting. All members of staff are subject to thorough pre-employment checks to ensure safety and compliance. In addition to this, members of staff receive comprehensive training with regular updates to provide the highest quality care.
