We believe that the elderly at some point in their lives will need care and support as health challenges come on. Whether it’s Alzheimer’s, dementia, mental health issues and learning disability. At Phare Care Services, we understand that everyone with a disability or health need deserves a life of choice, freedom and independence. Because of this we provide the right support to enable clients to choose their own path and to get the right help when they need it. Our Supported living is person-centred and aspirational-focused, putting the client in control of their choices and the support they receive. This is personalised to the needs and wishes of each individual and promotes autonomy, inclusion and community integration. We aim to support each person to find the best-possible solution for them.

People with dementia may not have complex physical health needs requiring nursing care, but they do require specialist understanding of the condition and its effects. Good quality dementia care that treats people with respect, preserves dignity and encourages independence can enhance and uplift their lives. With this in mind, care plans are reviewed regularly to ensure that their individual needs are met as closely as possible.
